This morning MP Battiste had the pleasure of hosting Prime Minister Justin Trudeau for a ‘virtual tour’ of Cape Breton’s own New Dawn.

New Dawn is a hub for our region’s creative economy, social innovation, and cultural sharing – its partnerships build linkages across Cape Breton and its communities and it is representative of Cape Bretoner’s long history of harnessing the creative energies of our community to work together for the common good.
