In recognition of the challenges facing Canadian businesses and property owners, our Government has reached an agreement with all provinces and territories to implement the Canada Emergency Commercial Rent Assistance (CECRA) for small businesses.

This program will provide forgivable loans to commercial property owners who in turn lower the rent for their tenants by 75%.
